Experimental works are devoted to research the efficiency of deamonization and de-nitrogenation wastewater during treatment in a biodisk installation. Working hypothesis - immobilization microbiocenosis can provide simultaneous deep from organic compounds inorganic nitrogen-containing compounds. The purpose this work is assess purification highly concentrated pollutants mineralized nitrogen installation determine main ecological-trophic groups microorganisms included immobilized nitrogen-transforming microbiocenosis. Methods microbiological. physiological, biochemical (inhibitory experiments), natural model hydrochemical. It has been established that on disks conditions allow heterotrophic autotrophic actively metabolize under aerobic anoxidic created. quantitative indicators influence kinetics processes concentration substances treated have determined. On basis microbiological, physiological studies microbiocenosis, ammonium-acid bacteria (and, possibly, archaea) nitrite-acid denitrifying were found, absence environment anammox bacteria.
